Training

In the coming weeks, we will be unveiling new training for the second iteration of Oracle Budget. We have been working with our developers to implement updates and changes as requested by campus users. Look out for emails from us in the coming months regarding changes to the financial systems. 

1. New Meeting Structure for Oracle Budget Users: To better support your needs, we are introducing the following changes:

• Monthly Campus-Wide Budget Meetings: These meetings will replace the budget office’s involvement in the Impact23 office hours and provide a space for all campus users to connect with the Budget Office, ask questions, and receive updates.
• Quarterly Oracle Budget User Meetings: In addition to the campus-wide meetings, we will host quarterly sessions specifically for Oracle Budget users. These meetings will serve as a dedicated platform to share updates, address concerns, and provide targeted support.

Note that the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) extension in Oracle Budget & Oracle COA Management Tool has been discontinued, but the guides are available below:
